Free Delivery

The price you see is the price you pay, all orders are Delivered Free of standard UK mainland carriage, (excludes Highlands, Islands, Eire & Northern Ireland).
Some products are available with special priority delivery, if you have a specific delivery requirement please contact us.

Returns

If within 7 Days of receiving the products, you decide they are not what you expected, just contact us and we will arrange collection and credit *. The only thing we ask is the goods are well wrapped to ensure they remain in a saleable 'as new' condition and you cover the cost of transport in both directions.

* Excludes made-to-order products, if in doubt please ask.

Delivery / Lead Times

Lockers and flooring are usually available in 5-10 working days and Changing room benches in 15 working days, although we do stock some of the popular sizes and colours for Next Day delivery if ordered before Midday.
If you have an urgent or specific delivery date to meet, please contact us before ordering and we will try our best to make it happen.

Warranty

All our products carry a minimum 12 months warranty, some items have up to 5 years warranty, if you need specific warranty period please do not hesitate to ask us.

We will acknowledge your order after receipt (normal working hours Mon-Fri 8:30-17:30) with a confirmed cost / anticipated delivery date.
If this is not acceptable, contact us by return and we will try to resolve any issues to your full satisfaction and if we cannot, you can cancel your order without charge.
